Even though he had a difficult childhood and had to join the military when he was only 14 years old, he taught himself music and became world-famous. He predicted the existence of a particle called the meson before anyone had ever seen one!

In 1935, Yukawa wrote a paper about how atoms work, and he said there must be a special particle that helps hold atoms together.
