Objective
HEX is a two-player connection game. Each player tries to create an unbroken chain of their stones connecting their two opposite sides of the board.
Players
- Player 1 (Red) connects Top to Bottom
- Player 2 (Blue) connects Left to Right
Rules
- Players take turns placing one stone on any empty cell
- Once placed, stones cannot be moved or removed
- The first player to connect their sides wins
- There are no draws in HEX - someone must win!
Strategy Tips
- Control the center of the board for more connection options
- Block your opponent while building your own path
- Look for "bridge" patterns - two stones that can always connect
